OWHvoices is initiated by the OurWorldHeritage foundation. Please note that OurWorldHeritage and OWHvoices are 100% independent initiatives, without any official connections to UNESCO, State Parties or Advisory Bodies.
What is OWHvoices?
OWHvoices is an experimental online forum that allows people and organizations to share information and viewpoints on the state of conservation of World Heritage sites.
The forum starts on the occasion of the 44th session of the World Heritage Committee, and will serve as a learning platform to develop, in the coming year, new focused discussion groups on World Heritage sites and to continue to follow-up the work of the World Heritage Committee.
Diverse voices are essential to co-learn, share and innovate on solutions to these natural and cultural heritage site challenges. This first experimental Forum will serve as a learning platform to develop, in the coming year, new focused discussion groups on World Heritage sites and to continue to follow-up the work of the World Heritage Committee.
Register to participate online and review the rules or participate through Instagram! Using this multilingual platform and social media during the 44th Session will improve community awareness, increase credibility, and provide for broader communication about the issues on the World Heritage Committee agenda.

OurWorldHeritage is an initiative created by individuals working on a 100% voluntary capacity. OWH provides and fosters open dialogue platforms such as #2021debate and OWHvoices, that are equally based on voluntary work of session organizers, speakers and moderators. Some of the content of the presenters and discussions may be offensive to some people. OWH welcomes diverse viewpoints in the spirit of collegial debate where mutual respect is afforded to all.
This website is the first in its sort, and we are continuously trying to improve it. If OWHvoices proves to be a success, our aim is to further elaborate this project in the future.
